  20. I'm also posting this.  Just use the same symbols on your keyboard
  21. when typing in the phone numbers in the modem setup where you put in
  22. the phone number.  Usually( *70, 18185551234#  ) for cancel call
  23. waiting, the comma gives you a pause and then dials the number.
  24. Some telephone switches accept the # as an "end of dialed number" to
  25. show you are done dialing and to begin call processing. Saves waiting
  26. 4 to 5 seconds.

  28. pound-sign )
